This dialog is used to edit the advanced settings associated with the selected XML definition file.
To open it, either click on the icon in the 'Backup Definition Files' tab or right click on the XML definition file and select 'Advanced Properties'
At the top you can select 'Backup' or 'Email' which changes the options in the left-hand pane as follows:
