Network Settings

This enables the network configuration to be viewed or modified. A network connection is required if restoration from network attracted storage is planned.

Select a network adaptor from the list and view or change the IP address and network parameters if incorrect.

Note: if there are no adaptors listed, then the Linux rescue disk does have support for your network adaptor.

Action	Description
Set	Applies new IP settings.
Get Address	Invokes DHCP network configuration. DHCP configuration will be attempted at boot time. In the case that this fails for example if a network lead was not connected, then this option will be useful.
Map share	Enables access to network attached storage.
